A Deposit is required upon booking. A Damage Deposit of $500.00 in the form of a valid, signed, pre-authorized credit card voucher is required upon cheque in. This is a two story townhouse with the lake across the road (steps to beach). There is a security door between the two units which makes this a perfect location for larger groups. The store, restaurant, and playground are all within walking distance. There is a buoy for the boat and you are welcome to use the dock.
